Refund Policy – Rayyan BD

At Rayyan BD, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to ensure that you receive the right product in perfect condition every time you shop with us.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy and transparent refund and exchange policy.

1. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.

  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories.

  • Discounted, clearance, or promotional items marked as non-returnable.

  • Personal care, cosmetics, or hygiene-related items (for safety reasons).

3. Refund Process

If your refund request is valid:

  1. Contact us via Email, Phone, or Facebook Page within 3 days of receiving your product.

  2. Send us clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  3. Once verified, we will process your refund or send a replacement product.

  4. Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after product verification.

If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will refund the amount through Bkash/Nagad/Bank transfer as per your preference.

4. Exchange Policy

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we’ll gladly replace the product with the same or a similar item (subject to stock availability).

5. Shipping Costs

  • If you receive a wrong or defective product, we’ll bear the return shipping cost.

  • If you return the product for personal reasons (e.g., dislike of color or design), you must pay the return shipping fee.

6. Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order before shipment only.

  • Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • For successful cancellations, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
